Recycle your mobile

I have strong liking of mobile phones. I always buy new mobile phones which ever comes to the market. Usually i dump my mobile phones...instead of throwing away or discarding...i thought to go for recycle mobile phones...as a citizen it is our responsibility, to save the environment...and also we can earn some money...Actually I'm looking for a cool site were we can recycle mobile and earn some cash..! If anyone find such site..Please let me know...i would appreciate...
