Google talk federation is live


At last...!

From googletalk.blogspot.com:

I flipped the switch to connect the Google Talk Service to the public XMPP network this morning. Google Talk users can now chat with users on other XMPP services and vice versa.

This means you can now talk to my BBC jabber bot using Google Talk - just invite backstage@menti.name and start talking!
